Yea, verily.

The ones that did that for me, back when I was on that kind of pill, also came with stickers for all the other possible combinations of starting days that you could just stick on. If yours doesn't have these, then that's also an abomination, just from a different perspective (the manufacturer didn't print them, or designed it so it wouldn't be feasible, or a pharmacist lumped it in with the paperwork that's not supposed to go to the patient. either way... well.).
